It is a tradition at my theatre to attend the press night of the show before yours so we went to see "Pete -n- Keely" last night. It was a really cute show and I enjoyed it. I even got to be the "Swell" queen.
So we resume our rehearsals tonight at 7:00. Probably going over Act 1 scenes 6 and 7 which should finish up act 1 and we can get crackin on act 2. I'm already starting to memorize my script because it is a pain to do accents and portray feeling when you have the dang book in your face. I don't like to be on book for long because of that.
Soon I'll be getting measured for my costumes and Sumi, the woman doing them is AWESOME! I can't wait to see what she comes up with for me. I'm so excited!
