We had a busy weekend!
Saturday
we had dance rehearsal from 12-3 working on Put on your Sunday clothes, and we worked on When the Parade Passes By.
I ate a early dinner with some friends from the cast
Back at the theatre at 6 until around 9:30 working on blocking act 1.
Sunday:
We did more act 1 work from 2-4:30
Tonight more work on act one blocking and music.(Through Thursday)
Don't have near the lines that I had in Victor Victoria so I'm hoping to be completely off book line wise by Friday. Hopeing to be off book music wise by next week. Only trouble I've been having is I switch voice parts on different songs and trying to remember which is 1st soprano and which is alto throws me off.I've been jumping around to which ever female part needs more punch. Alto's have the important changes in a few songs that need emphasis.
