"An Evening in Italy"

Hi Everyone!

SOOOOO.....Been a while right? I've stayed busy! I'm singing/dancing in a benefit concert Saturday night called "An Evening in Italy". The proceeds benefit the Falls Chamber Orchestra and the MSU vocal department.

It is a dinner and about 2 hours worth of music. I'm singing in a few chorus numbers, (The Brindisi from La Traviata, The Toreador Chorus from Carmen, and the Paris Ladies from The Merry Widow). I'm also doing a trio for the Gypsy Song from Carmen.

I came in after everyone had been working on music for a month but VERY happy to be here! It's been a lot of fun and I'm enjoying the opportunity to sing Classical music again! I'm even dancing the "Can Can" HOW FUN IS THAT?!?!?!?!?!


As for other news I'm singing with the University Methodist Choir for their Christmas Program December 12th. I'm sure more will pop up as it gets closer to Christmas and I'll let you know when I do! :-) This fall has been music "Magic". I'm excited for new opportunities.
